DealBusterBot is an automated discovery service that aggregates publicly available deals from third-party sources and republishes them to Telegram and other surfaces. This page contains the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all required legal disclosures for DealBusterBot. Last updated: July 15, 2024.

By accessing our website, Telegram bot, Telegram channel, or any other DealBusterBot output, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy practices described here. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service.

Terms of Service

What we provide

DealBusterBot scans third-party deal sites, applies ranking logic, and shares summaries with outbound links. We do not sell products, complete transactions, or guarantee that any listed offer is available or accurate at the time you view it. Screenshots, prices, coupon codes, and descriptions are provided purely for informational purposes.

Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, automate scraping of our feeds, or use DealBusterBot for any unlawful purpose. Access to our Telegram bot or channel is subject to Telegram's community guidelines and terms.

Information accuracy

Prices, quantities, promo codes, and shipping details change rapidly. While we attempt to highlight high-quality deals, all information is provided “as is” with no warranty. Merchants may change or revoke promotions without notice, and you are responsible for verifying all details directly with the merchant before purchasing.

Third-party services

Our experience depends on platforms outside our control (Telegram, third-party deal sources, hosting providers, TikTok, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by third parties.

Modifications and availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. These terms may also be updated periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so please review this page regularly.

Limitation of liability

DealBusterBot, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of the service, inability to use the service, or reliance on provided information. Your sole remedy is to stop using DealBusterBot.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove access to our Telegram bot or channel for any user that violates these terms, abuses the service, or spams the community. You may stop using DealBusterBot at any time.

Privacy Policy

Summary

DealBusterBot does not collect, store, sell, or rent personal data. We do not run user accounts, advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or persistent cookies. The only data touching our infrastructure is the technical metadata required to run the website or our Telegram automation, and any information temporarily handled by required third-party service providers.

Information we process

• Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, and requested path) generated by our hosting provider solely for security and debugging. We do not combine these logs with other data or attempt to identify individual users.
• Telegram handles and chat IDs when you message or invite the bot. These identifiers live inside Telegram and are governed by Telegram's own policies; we do not export them into a separate database.
• Platform-level metrics from TikTok or similar partners that tell us whether a workflow succeeded. These metrics are provided in aggregate and are not stored after the task completes.

How information is used

Temporary technical data is used only to deliver the service (for example, to send a message back to your Telegram account or to keep our servers secure). We do not build marketing profiles, sell data to brokers, or combine information from multiple sources.

Third-party processors

Hosting providers, Telegram, TikTok, link shorteners, or affiliate networks may process data according to their own privacy policies. Please review their documentation for specifics. DealBusterBot does not control how those services handle data, but we limit the integrations we use to reputable providers that only process the information needed to complete the requested action.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set first-party cookies beyond those required by our hosting platform, and we do not use analytics beacons or cross-site trackers.

Data retention

Server logs automatically roll off within 30 days. Telegram messages remain inside Telegram per their own retention schedule; we do not make local copies. No other data is retained.

Your choices and rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts or persistent datasets, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete beyond the minimal technical logs described above. If you believe we have inadvertently stored personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Children's privacy

DealBusterBot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or store information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has interacted with the service, please contact us so we can delete any related data.

Changes

We will update this Privacy Policy when our practices evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Affiliate disclosure

DealBusterBot is an affiliate project. Many outbound links are affiliate or referral URLs, which means we may earn a commission if you click a link or purchase a product. These commissions do not affect the price you pay and enable us to keep the bot running without charging users.

Merchants and products listed on DealBusterBot are chosen based on deal quality, not commission amount. We disclose affiliate relationships at the top of every channel and again on this page to comply with FTC, TikTok, and partner requirements.
